PMSSS 2024 Registration {www.aicte-jk-scholarship-gov.in}
Prime Minister Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) is a scholarship for youth of J&K. PMSSS 2024 also known as AICTE JK Scholarship 2024 is provided by Jammu & Kashmir Government to students who wants to study Undergraduate courses outside Jammu & Kashmir. All India Council for Technical Education under the rules of the Ministry of Human Resource Development provides PMSSS Scholarship to eligible & needy candidates. All the selected candidates will get scholarships for academic fees and maintenance charges.

PMSSS Scholarship 2024 Amount – AICTE JK Scholarship Benefits
All the selected students will get a maximum scholarship of Rs. 1,25,000/- for Professional Streams which includes Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, HMCT, and Architecture; Rs. 30,000/- and for General Stream and Rs. 3,00,000 for Medical Stream.
Even if the institute’s total fee is more than the ceiling, neither AICTE shall reimburse the extra amount nor the institute can charge to the students. The maintenance expenses include hostel, mess, cost of books and other incidental charges etc. The maximum payable amount to student is Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum and will be distributed in the student’s savings bank account directly by the AICTE through PFMS mode.

Eligibility Criteria For PMSSS Scholarship 2024
- Candidates having domicile of Jammu & Kashmir and passed 12th examination from J&K Board or CBSE affiliated schools located in J&K in the academic year 2020-21 or 2019-20 only.
- Candidates who want to take admission under Lateral Entry Scheme have to pass a Diploma in Engineering from the Polytechnic Institutes recognized by J&K directorate of technical education during AY not earlier than 2020-21.
- A common merit list will be prepared for candidates who register themselves on portal of AICTE for allotment of seats during counselling for the academic year 2024.
- Candidates having a family income of Rs. 8.00 Lakh or less per annum.
Candidates NOT eligible For PMSSS 2024
- Candidates pursuing courses through Open Universities.
- Students already taking benefit of PMSSS.
- Candidates taking admission through ‘Management Quota’.
- Candidates pursuing a Diploma course.
- Candidates pursuing Post Graduate level studies, in any discipline.
- Candidates having family income over Rs. 8.00 Lakh per annum.
- Not applied through online registration on AICTE Portal.
- Taking admission in Colleges other than the prescribed colleges given in AICTE Portal.
- Admission through Agents / NGOs.
- Candidates admitted to institutions/courses which is not approved under 12(B) of UGC Act or AICTE or by a respective regulatory body.

- First of all the candidates have to visit to official website of AICTE – www.aicte-jk-scholarship-gov.in .
- Now you have to click on “PMSSS J&K Scholarship” link available on home page.
- You will get redirect to https://www.aicte-india.org/.
- Now you have to click on “PMSSS J&K” link.
- After that you will get redirect to https://www.aicte-india.org/bureaus/jk.
- Now read all details regarding PMSSS 2024 Registration.
- Click on Registration Form link. And fill all required details correctly.
