The event will be going to be organized from 29th August 2023. In the event, more than 30 lakhs players will participate in various sports games. The responsibility of organizing the event is given to Sadulpur MLA and Sports Council President Krishna Poonia Ji, who won the gold medal in disc throw in Commonwealth Games 2010.
