DDA Special Housing Scheme 2024 Registration – www.dda.gov.in Apply Last Date

The Delhi Development Authority [DDA] has launched the online running scheme 2024 on First Come First Serve Basis. The Authority of DDA has decided to launch the online running housing scheme from 12^th September 2024. It will be truly based on First Come First Serve Basis. A total of 8530 flats will be provided under the scheme.

Additionally, note that the number of flats may increase or decrease subject to availability. In the starting phase of the scheme, 1,281 flats will be available till the entire inventory is sold out. After the inventory is sold out or as decided by the Competent Authority the additional inventory will be added. To book the flats, interested persons can check all relevant details like the size of the flats, the location of the pocket, and Lay out a plan of the flat and pocket online at eservices.dda.org.in.

How to book DDA flats at the initial stage 2024:

• Firstly, the interested candidate can check all relevant details like size of the flats, location of the pocket, Lay out plan of the flat and pocket online at eservices.dda.org.in.
• The candidate has to pay the booking fees online category-wise. For EWS – Rs 10,000/-, For LIG – Rs 15,000/-.
• The application money will not be refundable.
• One selecting for a specific flat online, he/she will be given reasonable time i.e., 30 minutes to deposit “application money” online. During the period of 30 minutes, the flat will not be available for selection by other persons. Once application money Is paid, the flat gets reserved for that applicant
