Eligibility Criteria For Tamil Nadu RTE Admission 2024

• The aspirant should be a permanent resident of Tamil Nadu state.
• The yearly income of the family must not increase by Rs 2 lakh
• For admission in LKG, the date of birth of the student should be applicable between 31st July 2017 to 31st July 2018
• For admission in 1st Class, the date of birth of the student should be applicable between 31st July 2015 to 31st July 2016.
• All the children of parents falling under the economically weaker section, disadvantaged group, or dis-benefited group special category may apply under this government scheme.
• Aspirants from BC-others, MBC, SC-others, ST, SC-arunthathiyar, OC, and DNC (Denotified communities), a social category not opened are applicable to apply for the scheme.
• Preference will be provided to disabled children, HIV-infected, and wards of scavengers.
