संपत्ति वापसी प्रणाली एसीबी के सहयोग से सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, कश्मीर विश्वविद्यालय और सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के सहयोग से विकसित एक पोर्टल है। मूल रूप से, पोर्टल जम्मू और कश्मीर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के 4.5 लाख से अधिक सरकारी कर्मचारियों को अपनी वार्षिक संपत्ति रिटर्न दाखिल करने के लिए लॉन्च किया गया है। इस साल के लिए कर्मचारी जनवरी महीने में अपना रिटर्न फाइल कर सकते हैं।
