- Farmers are asked to register on the GO-SUGAM Portal at https://sugam.odisha.gov.in to get subsidies for Farm Machineries, Manual & Bullock-Drawn Implements, DBT Jalanidhi, and Saura Jalanidhi.
- Farmers will now be required to apply via the GO-SUGAM Portal for all of these subsidy programs.
- The manufacturers whose SLAs expire on March 31, 2023, must successfully renew them by April 30, 2023, at the latest.
- After April 30, 2023, no further extensions of SLA validity will be authorized.

- The OTP-based login for manufacturers/dealers will become operational on February 10, 2023.
