• Those staying in the kuccha house without an RCC roof can apply
• All the households of rural Odisha state will be eligible under MoGhra scheme
• In Rural Households if any member is a Government employee or a PSU employee or receiving a monthly pension will not be eligible for Mo Ghar Yojana
• If a rural household family income is less than 25000 per month will be eligible for the scheme
• If a member of the family has ownership of 5 acres or above will not be eligible for scheme.
