Instructions for migrated pensioners for Annual Life Certificate during November-2023 – pcdapension.nic.in [SPARSH]:

• Candidates whose Aadhaar cards have been updated on SPARSH, may submit their Digital Life Certificate (DLC) through Jeevan Praman Portal.
• Migrated pensioners whose Aadhaar have not been updated on SPARSH but who have got their Login ID and Password may log in on SPARSH Portal and submit their MLC through SPARSH Portal.
• Migrated pensioners, who have not received their Login ID and Password, may visit their Bank branch and submit their Life Certificate in the usual manner
• Rest other pensioners can get the details normally as in previous times.
