Pradhan Mantri farmers scheme is solely handled by central government. The Instalment of Samman Nidhithe Scheme will be released 1 January 2024 at 11 Am. All the beneficiaries who are eligible for the scheme have to apply for it and they will receive Rs.2000. The amount is transferred in the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through direct bank transfer (DBT). This scheme was launched in 2018 by the central government for the benefit of marginal and poor farmers. Under this scheme, Rs.6000 will be paid to every farmer who falls under the scheme annually in instalments.

This scheme was launched in 2018 and amended in 2019. Under the new amended scheme any farmer irrespective of his land holding can apply for the benefits of the scheme. The benefit of the scheme includes monetary aid of Rs. 6000 annually per family which will be provided in three instalments.

Steps to check the PM Kisan Yojana Kist payment status online
The central government will release the list of beneficiaries for the scheme on the official portal. Beneficiaries of the scheme can check they official portal to see the status of the scheme and they will be updated with all the latest notifications.
- First, visit the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
- On the home page, go to Farmers Beneficiary Status Link – https://www.pmkisan.gov.in/beneficiarystatus/NewHome3.aspx.
- Fill in all the details required Like Aadhar Card Number, Mobile No. or Account Number.
- There will be an option or tab for Instalment status Get data.
- Click on this tab and this will show the instalment status and whether or not the amount is credited to your account.
- Beneficiaries can also contact the Helpline Number of PM Kisan Yojana at 011-24300606, 155261.
The beneficiaries can check their name by entering the state/district/city and get all the required information.
How to register for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme?
The registration for the PM Kisan Yojana, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare can be done both online and offline. Farmers can register online on the official website at www.pmkisan.gov.in.
- Visit the official website and click on the farmer’s corner.
- Now click on “New Farmer Registration” option.
- After opening it, enter your Aadhar card number and then enter the captcha code. Select the district, state or village.
- A form will appear on the screen, fill in all the personal information and other details asked. Bank details have to be provided and information related to farming land.
- At last, submit the form. Farmers can also seek help from helpline number.
Eligibility Criteria
Only the marginal or poor farmers can be registered under the scheme. If a farmer has paid income tax and he receive the return back in his account, he will have to return the benefit amount of the scheme. Farmers who share ancestral land (land in the name of his grandfather) will not be benefitted under this scheme.
