- First of all, download the RKSMBK App from the google play store
- After downloading the app teachers need to log in and submit their own Staff Nic Id to get OTP
- One Time Password will be received on Shala Darpan- registered mobile number
- Put the OTP and Submit it, now your photo will have appeared on RKSMBK-App
- Now the teachers will be able to see the exercise work of the assessment phase along with the classes you are studying will be displayed on the app
- Now you need to select the class and select the section/category
- Now click on the name of the subject and you will see the names of all the students in the selected class you had chosen
- After that two tasks will be given to teachers which are:
- Not Completed:- Students in the class whose assessment exercise has not been completed will be considered under the Red Color Sign
- Completed Successfully:- Students in the class whose assessment exercise has been successfully completed will be considered under the Green Color Sign
- After this, Click on the name of the student, then two types of tasks will be displayed in it:
- Upload photos
- Enter absent
- The photo of the OCR paper solved by the student will have to be uploaded along with a photo that can be taken directly from the camera
- In the OCR paper, you can not write anything or not fold the paper and tick the correct tick in the prescribed box only.
- After completing this assessment exercise, the teacher will get 100 coins and medals which they have to share on social media.
